PILATES MAT Get the body you’ve always dreamed of with Pilates. The smooth exercises Pilates develops require intense concentration and centered on a strong abdomen, deep stretching, and focused breathing. Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout that elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. The quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions. Core strength training is the true mantra of Pilates, with emphasis on core support and stabilization work while in motion. You will build strength without "bulking up" - gain long, lean muscles and flexibility. Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level which makes this a challengineg class for anyone. Classes incorporate the use of small equipment such as balls, rings, weights and bands.
BARRE This class incorporates dynamic sequencing of barre work and Pilates to strengthen your entire physique in record breaking time. The ballet inspired movements build core strength, lifts your seat, tones your thighs, tapers in your hips and burns fat all to fun music. Class starts at the barre with exercises consisting of small isometric exercises to tone thighs, seat and and abs while stretching in between, final ab work in the center of the room and end stretching. Consistent attendance will result in a leaner body that will have you feeling and looking your best.
BALLATES Pilates based class with the stability of a large resistaball to receive an effective total body workout.
NEW TO USUpon your arrival, sign up for classes by using our online scheduler. Though we do welcome walk ins, online registration for classes is preferred. Plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes before your first class. You will complete a simple form so that we may understand your body and lifestyle. Start anytime! All equipment and mats are provided at no cost.
ATTIRE Wear something you can move in, sweat in and feel comfortable in. Ballet slippers are preferred in Barre and Ballet classes to assist in the ease of some of our movements. Slippers are available for purchase at the front desk.
BEGINNERS OR HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN AWILE
We strive to make an atmposhere where everyone will feels comfortable. Classes here are low-impact and can be done by all shapes, sizes, and ages. No dancing experience is required since instructors provide modifications and easy-to-follow cues in all classes.
FOR THE KIDDOS Free childcare is offered to all customers with no reservation needed at most classes. Ages 4 weeks and up welcome.

PRIVATE PILATES REFORMER The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Adding rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels and you will develop strength, and flexibility all in one lesson. The reformer will improve coordination, flexibility, balance and stability. Corrections are immediate and you will develop more confidence. We will design a personal program based on your needs and goals and will be there just for you to motivate, train, and direct.
