BARRE  This class incorporates dynamic sequencing of barre work and Pilates to strengthen your entire physique in record breaking time. The ballet inspired movements build core strength, lifts your seat, tones your thighs, tapers in your hips and burns fat all to fun music. Class starts at the ballet barre with exercises consisting of small isometric exercises to tone thighs, seat and and abs while stretching in between, final ab work in the center of the room and end stretching. Consistent attendance will result in a leaner body that will have you feeling and looking your best. 

ADULT BALLET Who doesn’t want that long and lean dancer’s look? Whether you have studied ballet for years or never stepped foot in a ballet studio, there is a class for you. Ballet is an ideal form of exercise for all types of bodies, as one always works at their own level in order to develop fitness, strength, flexibility and artistry. It uses all the muscles of the body to create a physical art form that incorporates beautiful classical music and the sheer enjoyment of movement. It challenges the body and the brain to create flow of movement and hold a strong core. 

BALLATES Pilates based class with the stability of a large resistaball to receive an effective total body workout. All levels welcome.

NEW TO US Upon your arrival, sign up for classes by using our online scheduler. Though we do welcome walk ins, online registration for classes is preferred. Plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes before your first class. You will complete a simple form so that we may understand your body and lifestyle. Start anytime! All equipment and mats are provided at no cost. 

ATTIRE Wear something you can move in, sweat in and feel comfortable in. Ballet slippers are preferred in Barre and Ballet classes to assist in the ease of some of our movements. Slippers are available for purchase at the front desk, and we will be happy to assist you. 

BEGINNERS OR HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN AWHILE
We strive to make an atmopshere where everyone feels comfortable. Classes here are low-impact and can be done by all shapes, sizes, and ages. No dancing experience is required since instructors provide modifications and easy-to-follow cues in all classes.

FOR THE KIDDOS Free childcare is offered to all customers with no reservation needed at most classes. Ages 4 weeks and up welcome.

PRIVATE & DUETS  These sessions are the best way to advance your technique quickly. Corrections are immediate and you will develop more confidence. Victoria Simo, Professional Ballerina, will design a personal program based on your needs and goals and they will be there just for you to motivate, train, direct, and choreograph.
